The moment your order ships you will get an email and an SMS with a live tracking link. You can also check status any time under Account → Orders. Metros usually receive their parcel in 2–4 working days; the rest of India in 4–7.

Yes — every serviceable PIN code in India, through our courier partners. Orders above ₹699 ship free; below that a flat ₹49 applies at checkout.

If it has not been packed yet, email support@getpruv.com with your order number and we will amend or cancel it. Once it is handed to the courier we cannot recall it — but you can refuse delivery and we will refund you in full.

That is exactly what they are built for. Every formula is tested against hard water at Indian TDS levels, so it lathers, rinses clean and performs without leaving the mineral film that flattens hair and dulls colour.

Yes. No SLS, no SLES, no parabens and no added mineral oil. We use gentler surfactant systems that clean thoroughly without stripping the scalp barrier.

Yes. Our cleansers are pH-balanced and colour-safe, so they will not accelerate fade or disturb a keratin treatment.

Texture and manageability usually shift within 2–3 washes. Deeper concerns — fall, flaking, breakage — follow the hair's own cycle, so give it 8–12 weeks of consistent use before you judge.

Never. Prüv is 100% cruelty-free. Every formula is validated through human patch testing and in-vitro methods.
Returns & Support

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@getpruv.com with your order number and we will arrange a pickup.

Send a photo of the parcel and the product to support@getpruv.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship a replacement straight away — no return needed.
